Understanding the Mitigation Agreement

I believe the Mitigation agreement does not serve the interests of this community.

I believe the Mitigation agreement was created to cover-up the requirements of having a fish passage.

I am disappointed how far this project has moved forward and no one has really explained the mitigation agreement.

I am experiencing disappointment from our elected officials, state employees and community leaders who did not speak up and clarify this agreement.

I am concerned about the conflict of interest regarding the local watershed group's connection to the mitigation agreement.

I think the information presented by Mr. Steele is not really useful in understanding the mitigation agreement.

If this project moves forward, we need to have absolute clarity in how and who receives the $523,000 in funding.
