I am concerned about the negative impact of this proposed hydroelectric project on the Bald Eagles living in this area.






I believe the data used to make a decision about the impact on the Bald Eagles was insufficient.






I believe the data used to make a decision about the impact on the Bald Eagles was poor in quality.






I believe the project should be moved to the south side of the spillway to minimize the impact on the Bald Eagles.






I think the information presented by Mr. Steele is not really useful in understanding the impact on the Bald Eagles.






Regardless of the fact that Bald Eagles have been taken off the Federal Endangered List, I think Bald Eagles need more protection than what is provided by this proposed project.






Before this project moves forward, we need to reconsider the negative impact this proposed project has on the Bald Eagles living in this area.
